Each purchase from Historical Research & Development, Inc. comes with our unconditional guarantee that all coins and artifacts are certified as being authentic. Any replica item we may sell WILL BE IDENTIFIED as such. Each coin or artifact purchase will be accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity from either Historical Research & Development, Inc.   or  Mel Fisher, unless otherwise indicated.  Historical Research & Development, Inc. can not guarantee period artifacts of encrusted objects, unless noted otherwise. If you are  not satisfied with your purchase, please return it within 10 days, undamaged or changed, with all original paperwork, for a full refund (minus shipping costs).  Please notify us via e-mail if doing so.
